Most pathetic service ever

Placed a order for a in stock item and the delivery showed it would be delivered today. Well, not delivered and when tried to follow up it suddenly was scheduled for only 3 weeks from now. We werent even notified and trying to follow up with the branch is a nightmare as they are pathetic and dont even answer their phonelines. Only to hear that is we want to cancell a refund will take up to 14 days! If i knew this i would have never placed the order.
