Most ******** bunch of people I have ever had to deal with

What an absolute bunch of ***********s. Without fail the people I dealt with are all quick to devise excuses and overrides just to get me out of the shop iso solving the problem properly.

All I want to do is to register on their website to enable me to do online shopping rather than having to find a manager to do overrides on the till everytime. So I fill in the required fields and I am welcomed and told I have to click on a link they will send me to activate the account ............. and its exactly here where the problem starts - they keep sending me a link that doesn't work despite me telling them it doesn't. I have spent nearly R140 in airtime and have been into the Atterbury shop now 4 times since Thursday to get help and despite many promises of them calling me back to confirm that the problem is solved they still insist I have a faulty Gmail account and that I have to use another - what absolute ****! - I have a current Gmail account that I use all over without any problem - the issue is their stupid system and its operators that cannot be bothered to listen to the customer and solve the actual problem.
