Mortified!
I am MORTIFIED! I placed a order online with builders, it just so happen that one of the items I HAD PAID FOR was out of stock, i ordered online because i do not have time to run to and from the stores! i was dealing with a girl by the name of Nosipho from the online department who was not helpful . I was suppose to have been reimbursed for the item which was shorted and until this day i have received no payment, i called in today and a very helpful lady put me through to Nosipho who told me she will get feed back and call me back ! no response1 i cannot believe the run around ive been given for my own dam money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can understand that you would like the matter resolved as soon as possible.

27 Sept 2018, 12:57So today i get a call and i am asked to send a copy of my ID and proof of payment in order to receive my money back! what bull****! i do not have the resources to send Those documents, am i suppose to wait for the weekend to do it after already waiting so long?????? why is this happening? can they not see that i have made a purchase and that i paid for it and it was not available? why should i go out of my way to get these documents to builders just to recieve my own dam money?
