Money wasters - Gezina

I visited the Gezina branch yesterday (03/02/2019) at around 1pm to buy a basin. I approached a guy hiding in the bathroom isle to assist me in getting the correct basin. I could instantly see that he was not very impressed that I disturbed him from his afternoon nap. He was so cold and unhelpful!! Needless to say I got the basin I needed and noted that there was not hole for the tap (this was my first rodeo seeing that I am in Finance and not a builder) and asked the guy loading the basin into my car about why there is no hole for the tap, another guy then told me I can make the hole myself I should just tap it with a hammer from the back at the shown area. No further assistance.

I got home and tapped the basin in the shown area at the back and boom there was the hole....but to my disgust when I turned the basin around the ceramic in the front came off because I was clearly ''helped'' in the wrong way by people who was not in the mood to do their job, so I wasted my money.

This morning (04/02/2019) I visited the branch in Montana and showed them my ordeal and they were freaken great!!! They instantly helped me and the department manager tapped the tap hole for me in under a minute and I was on my merry little way with my basin as I needed it. Its just a pitty that I had to waste money at the Gezina branch!!

I will never in my life waste money again at the useless Gezina branch!!!!!
