Money transfered to acc not showing

I opened a new builders account and had not used it yet.I transfered R5000 on 20-04-2022 after confirming instores that i can either put money in the card/account in stores or tranfer into to use.I tried to use it instores & was told money isn't showing.contacted builders through email & aAdeila Mohamed in customer service responded on 26th May 2022 after a week requesting EFT/payment proof which I sent through same day.I haven't heard anything from her since.I had to follow up with emails and calls since las month and spoke with a lady who told me apparently my money went into the RCS account?I called RCS and they told me my ID/acc is not showing??please can urgently advise as i require this cash so i can use it urg.If its showing under RCS let me know the correct & if not show in builders acc let me know.or please transfer the money back into my accoun***** been three month and counting & this is urgent & the amount to airtime I'm spending also.builders ref is #***
