Money taken under false pretenses

Don't ever buy online from builders warehouse. I bought an inverter more than 2 weeks ago with delivery on 4 October. Despite 6 e mails requesting assistance all I get told is there no stock. No one has contacted me. As far as I am concerned, it is wrong to take someone's money knowing full well that you don't have stock!@ Don't trust them
