Money is accepted but the goods don't got delivered
We have purchase a 150ltr. Geyser on line on the 24th of December. On line purchases tell you which store has got your item available. In this case it was the New Market Store in Alberton. Delivery should have followed by latest 27.12.2024 or 28.12.2024. The money of R 4599 was paid and acknowledged . The delivery address was for Germistone. We got confirmation the geyser would be delivered 3-5days. On following up it was confirmed the delivery would take place on the 31. When we arrived with the plumber crew of 3 people (we had to pay the cost for the crew) no geyser was delivered. Until todays day 3.January 2025 no geyser has arrived and the call centre says the order has expired. Do not buy from Builders on line. Absolutely *********** people at the warehouse centre
