Money Gone, Order has Expired - No one to help!

These guys deserve a minus 5-star rating!

After making eight calls, my online order issues not yet resolved. Money comes off your account (on Instant EFT), but order status is still 'Awaiting Payment'. After a while, the order has expired. Money's gone!

BEST ADVICE: DO NOT put your order via online or even worse pay through PayU Instant EFT. You'll spend the rest of your life trying to get your money back.
