Money gone into waste

I purchased material wanting to extent my house, the worst mistake was choosing Builders warehouse to supply me, everything is paid in full + delivery, they came to deliver but they came with a very big truck that couldn't fit in my yard,the agreement was they going to communicate with me when delivering but I didn't get even a call to keep me posted with the delivery, then said they will come back with a smaller truck but again they came with another big truck, I called the guy who deals with delivery in fourways by the name of Sam told me I must come and get my money, is that customer service? Called him again and then he told me he needs to book with head office for delivery, my builders have been waiting for a full week approaching 2 weeks, I thought by paying cash will make things easier but I regret. What hurts the most is being treated like a trash that is being used and then told to voetsek.....
