Money deducted but transaction status is expired according to builders

I made an online purchase on the 8th of may, money was deducted from my account but the status on their system stated otherwise. I have been calling builders nonstop but my issue remains unresolved. Its clear their customer service is very unprofessional. No one is willing to take accountability but yet we are made to believe that builders is a reputable company. Im very disappointed in their conduct and i just want my money back
