Moffard bad attitude towards client

We were looking at Ironing boards but the price was not clear. We asked a guy that passed us. His reply was 'No I am busy'. I walked up to him and asked him what his name was and he said Moffard. I said thank you I am going to talk to management. He raised his voice yes call the manager! Yelling at us infront of other clients. He was utterly rude to us. He could have said sorry I will be with you now,just helping this client or I will get somebody to assist you and there would be no problem. But his attitude stinks and is really a bad worker!!!! Please people do not let Moffard assist you ever!! Very unhappy with the way we have been treated. We spoke to manager and he walked up to Moffard. Manager got another guy to assist us. What a friendly young man! Manager nor Moffard would not even appologize or say anything about this incident! Totally unfair and not acceptable!!!
