Mistakes were made however its how you fix them that can make a difference....

I placed an order for postform countertops that were due for delivery yesterday but they did not arrive and after 3 calls to the Builders call centre I had no idea what was happening so I cancelled my online order. Later in the evening I received a call from Harry Raphela who explained that the order was moved from strubens valley to atteridgeville and that the order was indeed processed. I then reordered the countertops and they will be delivered today. Thank you Harry for going above and beyond for me ! now that is what I see as great customer service :)
