Missing deliveries

I bought bricks, cement, ready mix concrete, different sands and reinforcements for my wall on the 28th last month. Delivery is coming drops. I am still waiting for plastering sand. I called several times and was told they will contact me once they enquired about my order with suppliers. To this day I have not received it nor the call. When I call the store now phone rings forever with no answer. It was the first time I bought there. Builders are waiting on material,, Godfrey Westside Park
