Misplaced products with incorrect prices

We went to buy some shelving goods. After some helpful service we eventually got what we needed. I took 5 square wall mount brackets for the shelves priced @ R60, according to the shelf they were on. At the till it was priced @ R150. I questioned the cashier who went with me to look at the prices. After seeing that the goods were on the wrong part of the shelf (about 5m from the correct price) she called the manager. He eventually said he'd drop the price to R100, which I agreed to. At the till he then said he'd only give me a 7.5% discount (~R11) I told him that's not OK and that he said R100. He then said he'd up it to 10% (R15) Again I said that he said R100 and it's not the first time this has happened to me at that store. After a few minutes of him not doing what he said we left everything at the teller and left the store.<br> <br> This is completely unacceptable service. I am super disappointed because my leave ends this week and I have no idea when I'm going to be able to buy and install the shelves...
