misleading information
Was approached in -store to open a Builder Warehouse account. Was told there would be no extra fees for having this account. After I was signed up it turned out to be a credit card and there are fees involved. I want to cancel this account but get no response when I email.

Thank you for your reply. I do not need it to be addressed in store ( although you should make sure that people are given the correct information before opening accounts with you), I need it to be cancelled. The card holder name is Haiko Ruther and the ID number is ***.

23 May 2018, 08:49I received a call from someone yesterday regarding this and then said the accounts department would call. I didn't get a call from them. I would just like this card to be Cancelled as it is not what I thought I was signing up for.
