Misleading Delivery Date of Goods to lure unsuspecting consumers to purchase online

On 27 November I purchased goods online.The delivery date was scheduled for the 12 December 2020.To date the consignment has not been delivered.I received no calls to update me on progress of my order and sadly had to make several calls to track same.To date my order has not been dispatched and there is no indication of the delivery date.Unfulfilled promise without any valid ground amount to breach of contract.The delivery date is put as a bait to lure consumers to buy online.Refunds take 4-7 days.The level of professionalism in processing online orders by a JSE listed entity is below par.
