Misleading and deceiving staff of Builders!

I called the builders contact number twice to ask if they have gas for a REFILL for my 3kg tank and not a swop, twice it was confirmed that they have gas and when I asked for the number to confirm with the store directly, and both times I was not put through or given any contact number. I got to the store and was told that there is no gas since SATURDAY! Surely this information should be updated by Monday, I rushed to make sure that I get there in time, and firmly believe that there is gas for refill, but that they did not want to help me. I am beyond disappointed in the service and treatment I received today. I will not be leaving this matter here. I will be posting this on every social media platform I can access.
