Mikaeel Royeppen and Timothy you rock

<p>I called the number on your website and got to the call centre Mikaeel helped my and I was practically floored. I was looking for a specific oil heater at your Strubens Valley branch. Mikaeel looked it up for me. Told me the models and pricing. He then offered to call them as they seem to have one in stock only, with the promise that he will call me back. Now here's the thing. He actually did call me back. Usually of a call centre say they will call you back you rather get in your car and drive to the store as you know you will never get a call. Thank k's dude you rock! I get to the store and speak to Timothy who helped me before. There was none on the floor so he zipped up to the storeroom and fetched me one, with a smile. Timothy you rock. </p>
