MIDRAND BUILDERS DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Your customer service is so bad. I bought a trim tech lawmower and trimmer set on 01 april 23 at 12.12pm. Used it once only. Put it on today its smoking. Went to builders midrand. Staff tell me 21 days to fix. Or i take to trim tech myself. I left the items at midrand and walked out. If you want to sell me defective things and then tell me 21 days to repair you can stuff off and take the 1899.00 and shove it!!!!
