I placed and paid for an online order through Builders on 5 May. The ETA still says 12 to 14 days, but as of this post, it's been 25 days later and I have not even received a single email regarding my purchase with an update or tracking information. Furthermore, I've phoned their call center 4 times and had the most pleasant conversations with their agents, and yesterday even with a team leader and each and every time they promise that they would call me back the same day with an update, but not once did they get back to me. The call center agents are so friendly and understanding, but it's starting to feel like a front just to appease you while you speak to them. I think I've been ****med by one of the biggest DIY hardware stores in SA...
