Mdantsane branch very poor service

2019 I bought building material in the mdantsane highway branch, I struggled to get material and they never informed me as to what's happening I had to keep going to the store. Samething happened 2020 dec I bought building material n they promised to deliver but never did, I kept calling and they kept saying they busy loading my material until I went to the store after 3 weeks and told them I want my money back. Mdantsane branch needs to improve on customer service atleast call your customers if you r not delivering.
