Maternity Benefit Claims

I'm a former Employee at Buildersware house Centurion, I have claimed for my UI19 forms in September the HR Katlego Mabunda took weeks to reply to my email I always sent here follow up emails but she just choose to ignore them all the company I've worked for have gotten back to me.. its just one paper she needs to fill in and send me a certificate of Employment I mean, if she requested it from a different department she can just get back to me.. Bad feedback is better then no feedback
