MASSMART ARE ******* - FALSE ADVERTISING

So today I went to pay 10kg bird seed. The price advertised was R135 but when I get to the till i am changed R159. When I query it I am told by the cashier, Neo Molefe, that you have to get a builders card to get this discount. No sign or advertising on the stand that this is the case & no one can proof to me when this is clearly communicated. I then ask to see a Manager. As I wait I watch a bund of unprofessional individuals conversing in non-english about me & what a nuisance I am. After a whole five minutes when I approach someone at the front desk I get told they are trying to get hold of a manger. Well done ME CEO, Jonathan Molapo for the excellent training you have provided to the staff of Builders Woodmead & the FALSE advertising within your stores. I paid the R159 & will never ever go back to any Builders again. You scored a whole R24 from me. Hope that pays for your FAT BONUS this year............ This will be reported to the Consumer Protection ACT.
