Managers are ********s and should be locked up. I paid for a generator on Friday (online)receive a call saterdag that it will come before 1pm on Saturday it's Tuesday and I'm still waiting they lei to you over the phone every time a different story no I am out R5000 and a generator at a time I needed is and they will do nothing to even make it rite please stay away from builders Wearhouse strubens The management the have no idea what they are doing and I wonder if they ever received training to do there jobs

I have been getting the run around for 3 day now please I hope you can get answers before I call my lawyer.
And I was told the only one they have is a floor model I'm not paying full price for a floor model

30 Nov 2023, 11:55It's has now been 5 days of incompetence from builders Wearhouse head office and builders Wearhouse strubens. 5 days of leis and giving us the run around whit no answer. We are waiting for feedback how long does it take? Stop making your problems into your customers problems we paid you for a product now give us what we paid for or refund the money paid to you
