Managers are never there as per staff, store left to General workers to run.

I ordered a board to be cut on monday 13 Dec 2021, Today 17 Dec i went to follow up on the order, I normally take picture of the slips as the slips tend to fade after a few days. I showed the order number to the guys at collection "we cant accept that - we need the original slip" Why did i ask "because" was the reply. I then asked to call the manager "he is never here at the store" is the reply. So that makes sense why this store is so mis managed and never get anything right. You always have to check slips as the prices are never as per shelf prices. So then I went to the guy who cuts this, he pulled my order out under a wooden credenza and I saw 2 guys standing there, so i asked if they are waiting for boards to be cut "yes" they rep****, "when did you buy the boards" i asked "just now" was the reply.... So then i called the call center as this is not acceptable. I spoke to a lady, she then called me back saying she will connect me to a manager at the store, the call disconnected. I have the recording of the call. Then a lady called me over, my order is now on the board i must come back at 12, must i now drive back to Builders to collect this , did you see how much petrol costs. This is my last time using builder, i will go to Lee Roy Merlin down the road.
