Manager with a really bad attitude

I recently purchased a garden table with chairs at BW. When I tried to assemble the product at home I noticed that the table has a defect and cannot be assembled correctly. I returned the product to BW the following day and advised the sales person on the floor of the defect on the product and that he should rectify the problem. The sales person then attempted to assemble the product and then also agreed on the defected part.. At this stage while the sales person is assisting me the customer, The manager Tony comes up to me and tells me that he cannot have his guy assist me with assembling the product on the weekend because he needs his guy to assist other customers?? I'm I not a customer? I explained to Tony that the product is a defect and the sales person is trying to sort it out for me.. This Tony guy then gets Loud and aggressive and literally shouts at me in front of everyone saying \I CANNOT HAVE MY GUYS DO THIS ON THE WEEKEND?"I am a paying customer who would just like a product in working order.
