Manager Robindale branch

I went to Builders Warehouse Robindale today at 16:00hr. I approached the information desk regarding a query I had in the electrical department they requested help from the person heading that section 4 times on the stores intercom I waited for at least 10 minutes eventually I enquired as to who the manager was and approached the manager on 2 occasions and was told by him he is busy with a client. The store was not busy. A request to Builders Warehouse please do not appoint managers at your stores who have not had proper managerial training and people skills. Thank you
