Manager Attitude

So, I have just been into the shop with my wife. I was returning some off shade PVC tiles. The Plascon guy happened past. I mentioned to her that he has a bad attitude and is unhelpful. The discussion was between my wife and and I. With that, a staff member over heard me, and inquired why I said these things.

I explained that on no fewer than three occasions in the shop ... I had tried to get help from the Plascon guy but was not successful. I had taken it up with management, but they were unwilling to assist either - I was voicing my frustration.

While this was going on, a fellow called Mervyn came along - and wanted to know what the story was - I told him. He started with the same old story that there is nothing he can do. When I pointed out that this was the same old attitude .... this Mervyn guy got a bit upset because I was disinterested and started giving me lip too. He didnt want to hear my frustration ..... he was too busy giving me HIS opinion, and when I didnt want to hear it .... boy did he get cheeky.

I dont know who your manager Mervyn thinks he is ..... I dont care for his attitude. I really wont be supporting this store in future - I refuse to pay to be treated like dirt. I am not one of his employees or his family. He can keep his low emotional IQ for them. Your Mervyn character really is a bad piece of work. He can keep his excuses and his attitude.

Quite frankly - I am through with this store.

For the record - the rude Plascon guy seems to answer to nobody ether, and Mervyn was quite dis interested
