Make sure staff is trained properly

Went to the branch in Gezina, Pretoria on 28th July. Most of the items I wanted was not available. We bought an electronic voucher and wanted to transfer it to a Builders Warehouse gift card. My compliments to the cashiers who really tried their best to assist us. It was clear they have not received the necessary training to do this and the support from other staff in the store was below standard. It took about 20 minutes for this to be completed I was informed that they work 2 shifts. I understand that, but have at least one person of the shift with temporary workers that know how to do things.
