Made a BIG FOOL By the Secunda Branch

On the 21st of July I encountered bad service from your Secunda branch, I reported it and I was called to come into the store to have my 3kg LPG cylinder filled up for free, after management watched the video and realized how I was mistreated. On the 23rd of July I went into the shop and gave them my cylinder. Yesterday to my disbelief i wanted to put the cylinder to use and cook. The cylinder was ZERO EMPTY!!!!!! So basically they **** and even made a BIG FOOL of me. I did call the manager yesterday and he asked if it didn’t leak, as if I’m an idiot that wouldn’t know a gas leak. I’m appalled and disgusted at the level of disrespect the Secunda Branch has for its customers.
