Lying to cover up the stores mismanagement
The company is appalling with arrogant ****s as managers. We ordered blinds with ab expected date of 2 October. When we went on 28 November to cancel because of non delivery we were told the blinds are there, we not picking up calls which is a lie and we received an sms. We didn't receive all that. The manager arrogantly told us there ID no return on cut to measure , we should have called ourselves.

Asivile Futshaneorder number *** and the reference number is A***. Apparently you had a temp who failed to do her job but the store manager is blaming us that we should have called, taking no responsibility for Builders failures. He even said we have not lost anything because we have the order. The order is still with Builders as we have purchased for installation as well. I have never seen an arrogant person like that in my life.
