Low Quality or Damaged Goods

Today (21 Oct) I bought 2 "Tiger Weave Barstools" at Builders Warehouse Edenvale". I travelled all the way from Pretoria to get these goods, however i only noticed that one of the items was of poor quality /damaged when I arrived home. The barstools were completely covered, so I couldn't notice this on time as I trusted the services rendered by the store. The Barstool was either exposed to rain or moisture because it is moulded and it can't not be adesign or decor issue. The item doesn't look new at all. Beware when purchasing goods from this store, make sure you inspect the items to avoid fruitless expenditure (transportation cost when returning the goods).

Hello Peter, I would like to commend Builders Warehouse Edenvale after expressing my dissatisfaction on Barstools I bought in October. Indeed a store representative contacted me numerous times in order to satisfy my needs. Actually I never expected them to go far and beyond, but the communication and arrangements to replace the goods were impressive. A driver was sent to my place to replace the Barstools today (17 Nov) and it came out that actually there was no fault with the previous Barstools, it was just a decor issue that confused me. In this essence, I would like to thank the store and a lady who handled the matter in such a professional manner. Trust me, from the service i have received, i will visit the store more often, Earmarked. Apologies for any inconvenience caused ????
