Low quality cement
My 84 year old father asked us to buy some cement for him for a small project. On 17 Sep we bought a 40kg bag of Builders Screeding Mix ( ********** 000059) from your Centurion branch. When he opened the bag the next day the sand contained a lot of water (probably to make up weight) and the moisture caused some of the cement to form a hard stone. He managed to get just enough usable cement to finish his project. We felt so bad for wasting his money on such a low quality product.
