Low prices, low quality service

I ordered some carpet tiles on the 17th of May and was told they would be delivered on the 29th of May... As if that wasn't an unreasonable waiting period already, on the 29th so-called to follow up and was informed that they had not processed my order due to lack of stock (seriously). They then asked me to redo the order and said they would ship pf n the 3rd of June. Today is the 6th of June and still nothing. When I call I get the runaround. Whoever I'm communicating with a that time is either not on the system to check or when I contact them on their cell they say they're not in the office. It's approaching a full month waiting on something I could have bought from elsewhere and received within days. Hopefully I at least get my money back. Their pricing is competitive but for the love of life you get what you pay for. Rather pay more elsewhere and get actual service

UPDATE: Spoke to a few people on the phone again, same result... nothing has changed. Employees at Builders Warehouse City still either passing the buck, giving me the good 'ol "you'll get it tomorrow" or just dodging me entirely. Looks I just have to go to the store myself and hear what's going on. I've already spent enough money following up on this order that any savings or convenience I had hoped to gain from shopping online have gone down the drain. At this point I'm hoping I can at least lose as little as possible from this order.  Today is a Thursday so if course I'd expect the same old "the week is already over so we'll have to fulfill your order next week" routine

I followed up with the team who confirmed delivery last night of the carpet tiles.

Kindly confirm if all was delivered in order?
