Lousy Complaints Management

Builders Warehouse Glen debited my account twice on 05 November and 4 days later they won't process a refund. Lucas Shikalane gives me unnecessary details of what happens in the background then he walks away when he can't answer my question why he needs my bank statement to make the refund. Still not solution.
