Lost in Builders Warehouse

Although, in general BW is the main... warehouse where I buy building stuff, I cannot not share my latest experiences going to these shops. So, I am in, looking for an item or more, and dare to ask for info. You can see groups of 3 to 4 africans having a healthy chat, while you as a patron, are looking desperately for some help. Eventually you grab one, who seem to be in a hurry for the next chatting group, and pop the question. Naturally, he or she would look in an academic way at you, not only not having a clue to what that thing even spells, let alone where to find it, and seek some help of another one; then the two of them hunt for the third one. Meanwhile you walk around mesmerized and suddenly you, yourself, see the item on a shelf, while the supporting and caring staff carry on missing the spot. Then I ask myself, in the price I pay to the BW group, do I pay also the salaries of these highly qualified, highly ... (chose your own epithetes) and helpful guys?
