Losing my warranty because builders warehouse can not avail receipts due to upgrading systems

I purchased a genesis steam mop but my receipt got damaged due to sanitizer I contacted builders for a reprint inorder to get my warranty on the product unfortunately they can not help me and I will never get my warranty because they have upgraded their system and no longer have reprints from before the 4 November 2021
