Lies, online advertising with no stock in shop.Poor Customer service

I purchased a fridge online in Builders Warehouse in Zambezi on the 25th June 2020, I still don't have my Fridge, their tracking order is not functional, their customer service is very poor. You wait hoping that atleast they will communicate, you need to constantly call for progress. How do you get it right to advertise online something that you currently don't have, it is actually somewhere in a warehouse in Durban, that's if they are telling the truth... Some shops have the item we looking for... I think it's false advertising. Well my order number is ***, let's see if there's any respond!!
