They now REFUSE to deliver the Garden shed because they discontinued to sell this specific size. WHY DID THEY NOT TELL ME FROM THE START THEY STOPPED ORDERING KETO MANOR GARDEN TOOLSHEDS. Then I would buy from another supplier

They phoned me and said IF I PAY R790 they can deliver it to me. I am on the dot 18.5km from the store. The same truck that delivers to them and at their Margate Manaba Branch WHICH IS 11KM FROM WHERE I LIVE. Explain this now to me. Because of the incompetence of the store in Margate I ordered it from South Coast Mall. Margate staff and specific the lady CLAIM TO BE A MANAGER have a very bad customer attitude, She, have her conversations IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CLIENT IN ZOELOE language instead of English. THIS is the 1st rule in retail. Employees are not allowed to communicate with whoever in her mother tongue language. You either speak English or get an Afrikaans colleague to serve the client. This is unacceptable, Builders Express T&C's, stipulate *FREE DELIVERY above R500 and *within 30km. Just a friendly warning to the PUBLIC.....DON'T BUY AT ANY BUILDERS STORE WHEN PUSH COMES TO SHOVE, and they have your money, they just walk away, and you're *****ed.

Lastly I want to thank MAXWELL the friendly assistant at South Coast Mall store who absolutely left no stone unturned to order the Shed for me, notified me that I can pay online and did everything in his power to have the item delivered AS THE TERMS AND CONDITION. It is such a pity that those employees who walk the extra mile for a client is manipulated like a puppet by management of Builders Express SA. A medal for Maxwell. He 100% fit the profile of a manager who's first priority is the customer and customers satisfaction. He should be promoted to be a branch manager because of his healthy common sense and positive customer care attitude.
