Lies about Delivery

I'm extremely disappointed with Builders Warehouse at Cape Gate. in the morning at around 09:30am I specifically asked if supplies i purchase can be delivered today as I had my Carpenter ready and waiting. I was told that my Delivery will be done today in the afternoon so i made my purchase and paid R300 delivery fee, mind you i live in norhtpine and I am 2.4km's away from builders warehouse. by 2:30 i went back to the store to ask for an ETA which could not be given, I'd spoken to Anne as well who said the same and could not find any outstanding deliveries on the system. just great right. Anne had told me after this visit that she will sort it out and that my parts are being loaded on truck. this was around 3pm.
close to 5pm i received a call from builders to say that there is a problem with the truck and the can only deliver tomorrow at around 10am because they must first go to Durbanville to make a delivery. what **** is that? i told the guy that i've been waiting whole day and had to pay my carpenter for nothing while he waited for parts that never arrived. So i was told that my supplies will be delivered by 09:30am tomorrow. thisis not what i wanted or what was discussed. I've been **** to and this lie has cost me R800 for someones time that couldnt work because of **** service. Please note that I am exactly 2.4km's away from this shop and i have to pay R300 delivery which i was only aware of after i made payment? what ******* is this? your online site shows the delivery cost as only a R100 and because of this service I've already ordered parts from one of your competitors in Paarl who is only charging me R250 from Paarl to Northpine. I'll never visit Builders warehouse again.
