Late delivery without a given reason

My wife purchased builds from the PE Builders Warehouse store 10 November. A total of three blinds. The expected time period is 10-15 days. Part of the order was delivered, 1x blind, but not the other two. No reason is given. After numerous requests and follow up with the manufacturers Finishing Touches MTM, I still do not have a reason and told that I can expect the delivery next week, i.e. w/e 22nd December...6 weeks (42days).
