Late delivery from Builder's Warehouse in Boksburg,

builders warehouse Boksburg does not know the meaning of the words 'customer service'. I waited the whole day for two deliveries; one finally came at 6h00 in the evening, I had to send the workers home early because there was no material delivered but had to pay for a full day's work , Order number *** was never delivered. Tomorrow Friday 11.9.25, I await 2 orders, the one which was not delivered and ***, I pray that they are delivered early, There was ample space on the truck for the latter order to be delivered today, this shows poor despatch planning,
