Lack of staff when in need of assistance!

I often go to the builders express in Kenilworth, Cape Town. I must say it’s a great store and has usual all that one needs without having to go to the mega stores. My only complaint is that there are just not enough staff around the store to help you. I often walk up and down the store several times looking for someone to assist me but there are just never any staff around. The few that are, are always busy with a customer and have several customers standing around them waiting to be the next to speak to him. I have even asked at the customer service counter and yet nobody ever comes! I really would like this to be addressed and resolved. Otherwise, I really enjoy shopping at this builders express. Thank you!
