LACK OF SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT

I spent 40 minutes in BW Constantia, looking for Campmaster Chairs. I only found 2 on display. Eventually I got attention from Nolo and she requested a gentleman to assist me. At the time, he was assisting another lady, so I waited about 6 steps from him. As the lady walked away, he attended to another man, 2 steps further away from me, so he was moving in the wrong direction. From that man to another, ending up at the other end of the store. So l went to the Customer Service and requested they call Nolo please. She came and had a shocked look on her face when she realised that I hadn't been helped yet. Nolo went back to the same man, who I was now told is a manager. As they were approaching me, I heard him say in effect he is too busy to attend to me. (Sorry I don't repeat foul language). I turned around and left the store.
