Lack of Service and care for customers

Absolutely pathetic service. First of all, I opted for collecting my order from Cape Gate branch due to health concerns in the current pandemic. Suddenly they pitch up 2 times to do delivery. Both times I am not at home or available to advise, yet both times they were unable to even deliver ALL the items that was on order. The people delivering also was not able to read their own paperwork. Then when I approached the store itself I was advised everything was delivered, which was not. Some of the items was still standing next to the counter. I also advised them at the counter that all the tape, sanding paper, glue everything was soaking wet inside a bag that was thrown on the back of the truck. He shrugged his shoulders and acted as if he did not hear me. I repeated it again and it was ignored. One pays a lot of money for the items yet they do not care. Yet all this items I still do not have and they have this not their problem attitude. I will take my business elsewhere.
