Lack of Service

I bought a Goldair Inverter aircon at Builders Warehouse on the 15 November 2019 paid R6999.00 for it and an Extra R1995.00 so that it can be installed, was told they would come on the 19 November 2019 to install it, got SMS notifications on friday to say my installation order was recieved by Builders will be contacted, wich they did notified me every step of the way came installed it wonderful, by the 26 November 2019 i switched it on and felt that it didn't cool as much, didn't think too much of, came home in on Friday 29 November 2019 during the day and nope its just blowing air not cooling, phoned Builders hotline ***was told they would get back to me, Nothing, went in same day told them hey whats happening sorry sir they take my details write in their installation book they will come on Monday or Tuesday, great I wait still no feedback Tuesday morning I phone, same story, sorry sir we will get back to you, takes my number, whole day nothing Wednesday 04 December 2019 I go back in, the morning 8:00, same sorry sir nonsense, they get a floor manager Wicus or Wynand or someone no prob sit they will check and get back to me the technicians only open at 8:30 or something. Its 05 December 2019 STILL NO FEEDBACK OR ANYTHING its Thursday, if I don't get results by tomorrow I want my money back this thing removed and the hole in my wall patched.
