Lack of investment in tech

I would like to understand why the builders business has an option where you can pay with gift vouchers but it is offline without swift maintenance on the system . We were at the Gezina store where they explained that a call had been logged and there were still waiting . I do not blame the floor staff , there is some clown higher up who failed to put the right bums on seats to deal with such matters promptly. We need to resume with our project , our painters are waiting so I need feedback on whether customers can now pay with those cards and if not how as head/ regional office you plan on resolving this. We are losing money everyday from Monday 12th 2024 if operations are halted.
