Lack of interest

I visited the Builders in Centurion to purchase a sealint tape, the retail associate that assisted me was unfriendly, rude and pre occupied, her response was I am out of stock without looking at me. She was talking in a loud voice with the colleagues all the whilst chewing gum. I had also visited the express store last month to purchase the same product, no stock is the issue. Throughout the store all staff talking and standing around in groups
