Lack of interest

Good day I purchase 2 basins at builders one basin we used the other one we return as it is to big for what he had in mind I did not have the slip but took my banking report with which indicate the builders transaction and amount... the staff were not very helpful and it was to much effort, we waited for them to search but they say they could not find the serial nr I try to explain it's probably cause we bought 2 and this is the other one but it's useless.. I asked that the manager must phone me but still nothing no client service at all. We left the basin there thinking that this will be done in a few hours well still nothing. I dont understand why u can't just check on the system what was sold check the serial numbers and there you go how difficult can it be to print out basins sold?
