Lack of Integrity and Dishonest

Following a deposit made into my builders warehouse online account from my personal credit card on the 12 of September 2024 I have been taken from pillar to post by this company and it has been a terrifying experience .Foremost I went into their Kempton Park branch requesting a withdrawal after I learnt that the builders we had in my area back home had relocated and the only builders is in Nelspruit which is very far for convenience sake as I have a building project back home , I therefore requested a refund where I filled in the request for refund form and furnished the proof of payment for an amount of R50 000.00 together with supporting documents such as my certified ID copy , proof of residential address as well as proof of banking details after I was advised the refund will be made into an account of my choice on the 28th of September 2024 . It’s already over a month after I was promised the funds will reflect into my personal bank account nominated for the payment to be made into taking into consideration that there have been infinite amount of calls made to them and an insane amount of mails sent to them where I was ultimately advised that the bank has reserved the funds of which I recently submitted a letter coming from my bank confirming that there’s no ***** on the credit card used to make the payment from into the builders warehouse account . Can someone understand that I do not need any further troubles pertaining to this but only want my money because my building project back home is stuck - I have had enough troubles with this issue in line with this company already . If my request is not adhered to within the next 24 hours legal proceedings are imminent.
